MIAMI, FL — Twenty-four years ago, Jenny Forth began her entrepreneurial journey with a simple belief: businesses should create opportunities, solve problems, and leave a lasting impact. Today, that philosophy has grown into a diverse portfolio of ventures spanning luxury real estate, talent management, entrepreneurship, canine breeding, notary services, and humanitarian advocacy.

While many entrepreneurs spend a lifetime building one company, Forth has spent more than two decades creating businesses across multiple industries, continuously adapting to changing markets while remaining committed to excellence and innovation.

“Every business I’ve built represents a chapter of my life,” says Forth. “Some chapters have closed, others continue to grow, but every experience has taught me something valuable. Success isn’t only measured by revenue—it’s measured by the opportunities you create and the legacy you leave behind.”

Throughout her career, Forth has founded and operated businesses in real estate, talent management, entertainment, professional services, and specialized breeding programs. Her current ventures include Jenny Forth Dream Properties, specializing in luxury and pre-construction real estate; Jenny Forth Event & Talent Management; the Jenny Forth Human Rights Alliance; Broward Mobile Notary & Signing Agent LLC; and World Class Cavaliers, known for responsibly bred Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

Earlier in her career, she also developed businesses including MBA Talent & Event Management, Sunshine Talent Management, and Management in South Florida, experiences that helped shape the entrepreneur she is today.

Her career has been built on adaptability. From organizing events and managing talent to assisting real estate investors and advocating for clients, Forth has consistently embraced new challenges rather than limiting herself to a single industry.

In recent years, her accomplishments have expanded even further. As a luxury real estate professional, she has earned industry certifications and recognition while helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate South Florida’s competitive real estate market. Her work has also received media recognition, further strengthening her reputation as a business leader committed to growth and service.

Yet, despite professional achievements, Forth says entrepreneurship has never been solely about building companies.

“Businesses can generate income, but their greatest value is the difference they make in people’s lives. Whether I’m helping someone buy their dream home, mentoring others, organizing an event, or advocating for human rights, my purpose remains the same—to create positive impact.”
